Short version: Audio·Locus is a free, experimental walking companion. Keep your eyes on the road — you walk at your own risk. Stories are AI-written and may not be accurate.

1. Who we are

Audio·Locus is run by Magic Monday — trading name of Payment Innovations Holding B.V., Fritz Langstraat 13, 6515 LN Nijmegen, the Netherlands (KvK 60337885).

2. What Audio·Locus is

Audio·Locus is a free, experimental app that builds a walking loop around you and tells short audio stories about the places you pass. It is offered as-is, may change, and may be paused or stopped at any time.

3. Walk safely — your responsibility

Audio·Locus guides you with audio so you do not have to look at your screen. That only works if you stay aware of your surroundings:

4. About the content

The audio stories are generated by AI from public map data. They are written to be vivid and engaging — not verified facts. They may contain errors; do not rely on them as factual, historical or safety information.

Routes and places are drawn from public OpenStreetMap data. Places may be closed, private, inaccessible or different from what the map suggests. Always use your own judgement.

5. Fair use

Use Audio·Locus for your own personal walks. Do not try to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

6. Intellectual property

The Audio·Locus app, name and design belong to Magic Monday / Payment Innovations Holding B.V. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL).

7. No warranty & liability

Audio·Locus is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Magic Monday / Payment Innovations Holding B.V. is not liable for any damage, loss or injury arising from the use of the app, the routes it suggests, or the content of the stories. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

9. Changes

If these terms change materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
